Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Specialist to support warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in inventory management within a warehouse environment and be comfortable operating a forklift and performing physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and regular audits
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or variances
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment
• Operate a forklift to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently
• Update inventory data in warehouse management systems
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management within a warehouse setting (required)
• Prior forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Strong understanding of inventory control procedures and best practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
