Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Overhead Door Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience installing, servicing, and repairing industrial overhead door systems. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain industrial overhead doors and related components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues
• Replace springs, cables, rollers, tracks, motors, and openers
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure proper alignment, balance, and operation of door systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs and recommendations
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely
• Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an Industrial Overhead Door Technician (required)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to safely work with high-tension springs and heavy equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work at heights when necessary
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
