Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Bindery / Print Shop / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced print environment and warehouse setting. Candidates must be comfortable working on their feet for the majority of the shift and performing consistent physical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bindery and finishing operations (cutting, folding, collating, packaging, etc.)
• Support print production processes as directed
• Prepare, organize, and stage materials for production and shipment
• Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse
• Lift 30–40 lbs consistently and 50–75 lbs as needed
• Assist with local deliveries as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a print shop, bindery, warehouse, or manufacturing environment preferred (but not required)
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
• Ability to consistently lift 30–40 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
