Maintenance Technician

Maintenance technician:

Must have

• Electrical/mechanic/pneumatic background, required.

Pay rate: $10.00 – 13.00 per hour depending on experience.

 

Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and regulations

3-5 years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of electrical systems, devices and controls

• Ability to make good, sound decisions.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes and meters.
• Ability to read, draw, and interpret electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and HVAC schematics, one-line diagrams and control sequence of operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with other employees, and officials.
• Working knowledge of PLC – programming, wiring and troubleshooting - Plus
• Welding knowledge - MIG and stick, TIG experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of cutting torches and other standard fabrication tools.
