Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bale / Roll Clamp Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for safely operating a clamp attachment forklift used to move large paper rolls, bales, appliances, or other clamp-handled materials without the use of pallets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating clamp equipment in a fast-paced warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a bale or roll clamp forklift attachment to move, load, unload, and stack materials
• Handle large rolls, bales, or palletless products while preventing product damage
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas safely and efficiently
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed
• Work with supervisors and team members to meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a bale clamp AND roll clamp forklift attachment required
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to operate industrial equipment safely
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions (heat, cold, dust)
