• Position: Outside Sales Representative
• Base Salary: $42,000 per year + Commission (earnings potential based on sales performance)
• Industry: Commercial Real Estate (Hotels, High-Rise Office Buildings)
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Aggressive prospecting and cold calling to secure new business in the commercial real estate sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, facility managers, and developers
  • Present and sell company services to potential clients, focusing on commercial hotels and high-rise office buildings
  • Manage and update client information, sales pipeline, and project details using Excel and CRM tools
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Skills & Requirements:
  • Must have strong sales background, preferably in commercial real estate or B2B sales
  • Proven track record in aggressive sales calls and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting; must be computer savvy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
