Order Puller/Case Puller - Cooler 

Pay: $20 per hour 
Schedule: 5pm to 130am Monday - Friday 

- Various shifts (including weekends/holidays as needed) if considered for hire 

- Temporary position with possible long term based on attendance and performance

?? About the Position

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring a Order Puller / Case Puller – Cooler Operations to support a fast-paced food production and distribution facility. This position plays a key role in cooler and load-out operations and will also provide coverage for team members on vacation.

?? Job Responsibilities

• Pull products to fulfill customer orders

• Load and unload trailers

• Palletize and distribute product to staging areas

• Stage materials for production

• Perform trailer checks

• Operate motorized and manual material handling equipment (when certified)

• Use hand-held tracking devices as needed

• Accurately complete load sheets, inventory sheets, scrap sheets, and related documentation

• Ensure proper code date rotation

• Report mechanical, product, or packaging issues to management

• Maintain clear communication with team members and leadership

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area

• Follow all safety policies including PPE requirements

• Support food safety and quality programs

• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform other duties as assigned

? Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• 1–2 years of related experience preferred

• Minimum 2 years recent forklift experience in a high-efficiency environment

• Must pass written and driving forklift skills test

• Food & beverage industry experience preferred

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Sit and/or operate forklift for most of shift

• Stand, walk, push, and pull throughout the day

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs

• Manually stack and move cases 6–8 high

• Work in a cooler environment (35–40°F)

• Work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
