Job Title: Sign Installer Helper (Over-the-Road – No Experience Needed) Location: Travel-Based (OTR) – Based out of Alexandria, LA Job Type: Full-Time
About Us: Nation Services Co is a fast-growing signage company that specializes in nationwide sign installation. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our crew as a Sign Installer Helper. No experience necessary – just a strong work ethic and willingness to travel!
Position Overview: As a Sign Installer Helper, you’ll work alongside experienced team members to assist with installing signs at various locations across the country. This is a travel-based position, and all transportation and lodging will be provided by the company. No driving required — you’ll ride with the crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers with sign installation and setup
Load/unload tools and materials at job sites
Handle equipment, tools, and materials safely
Follow directions and safety guidelines
Work outdoors and at heights when needed
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Requirements:
No prior experience needed – we’ll train you
Must be willing to travel extensively (2–3 weeks at a time)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather
Good attitude, team player, and reliable
