Salary: $20/hr
This position will focus on hands-on job site support, including working with gravel, assisting pavement preparation, and performing general labor tasks to help the crew complete projects efficiently. The role requires individuals who are comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors and getting dirty on the job site. Experience operating a skid loader is a strong advantage.
