Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking dependable and motivated candidates for Custodian openings in Mahtomedi, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments and enjoy working independently throughout the building. Background check required, no drug screen.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $17.00/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:15pm–10:45pm

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Vacuum classrooms and hallways.

• Empty trash bins in classrooms and offices.

• Clean whiteboards and empty pencil sharpeners.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the building.

• Perform additional custodial duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and willingness to assist in various areas of the building.

• Ability to walk throughout the school for an entire shift.

• Custodial experience preferred but not required.

• Self-motivated and able to take direction.

• High school diploma required.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, depending on garbage bag weight.

• Majority of lifting is light.

• Regular walking and movement throughout the building.
