Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking reliable and detail-oriented candidates for Machine Operator openings in Lindstrom, MN. Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay: $16.82/hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm

  • Pay Frequency: Weekly

  • Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned injection molding press under supervision.

  • Load inserts into molds, remove parts, trim parts, and perform visual inspections according to quality criteria.

  • Follow proper packaging methods and complete secondary operations as required.

  • Grind sprues and operate equipment related to secondary operations.

  • Notify material handlers when hopper levels are low.

  • Provide break relief for other press operators when not running a machine.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to stand or sit up to 12 hours depending on shift, with breaks every two hours.

  • Good vision required for detailed visual inspections (dirt specs, color variations, swirls).

  • Some warehouse or machine operating experience preferred.

  • Detail-oriented and dependable.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

 

Physical Requirements

  • Routine lifting of 18–25 lbs from floor to table and table to floor approximately every 20 minutes.

  • May be required to carry this weight up to 3 feet in any direction.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs above shoulder level.

  • Plastic injection molding machines

  • Press operator tools and related equipment
