Mechanical/Electrical CAD Designer | Direct Hire

Location: Middletown, CT

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

Pay rate: $55,000-100,000

Requirements:

• AutoCAD Electrical/Mechanical Utilizing 2D and 3D aspects
• Supports the development of CAD standards and standard electrical details
• Knowledgeable about National Electrical Code NFPA 70 and electrical design
• System Schematics, Panel Layout Design, Equipment layouts in rooms
• Interconnectivity/Cable/Wiring Diagrams
• Instrumentation & Control Drawing
• Meet Schedule and Budget requirements
• Participate in the quoting process
• MS Office Software such as Word and Excel

Additional Requirements/Qualifications:

• Some travel may be required to install new equipment and support existing installations
• Phone and email support provided to customers as needed
• Knowledge of Solidworks a plus
• Certificate in AutoCAD Electrical and Mechanical or equivalent experience/education
