Salary: $21.00 - $25.00/hr
Experienced Logistics Workers (Direct Hire) - We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and transportation scheduling within a fast‑paced distribution environment. This role ensures products move more efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining accuracy, communication, and strong customer service. Work Monday - Friday (2pm - 11pm). No Weekends!
SHIFT/PAY:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, route, and assign daily shipments for the truck fleet
Coordinate FedEx and UPS shipments
Prepare driver manifests and ensure shipping documentation accuracy
Partner with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations to address customer needs and last-minute changes
Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior logistics, dispatch, or fleet coordination experience required
Familiarity with DOT regulations
Experience working with ERP systems and logistics software (Innovo Route a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
