 Front-End Loader Operators (VAT Drivers)
Wood Veneer Manufacturing Plant

Swing Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Every other Friday is required

$28.88/hour

Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

 

We’re looking for two experienced Front-End Loader (VAT) Operators to join a busy wood veneer plant on swing shift. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role operating high-dollar equipment in tight spaces, so solid operator experience is a must.

 

 What You’ll Do:

• Operate front-end loaders (VAT equipment) safely and efficiently

• Work in confined areas while maintaining strict safety standards

• Handle materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Communicate clearly with team members and leads

• Minimum 2 years of front-end loader/operator experience

• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new equipment

• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing or wood products experience is a plus
