Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Helper – Now Hiring! 

Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday (Some OT Available)
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00/hr (Depending on experience)

About the Role

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Helper to join a growing company in the Stockton area. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and learning new skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs on equipment, tools, and facility components
• Assist senior maintenance staff with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Replace lights, repair minor leaks, assist with plumbing tasks, and perform general building upkeep
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely
• Support production areas when mechanical issues arise
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Preferred Skills

• 1–2 years of maintenance, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Ability to follow instructions, troubleshoot, and work independently when needed
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
