Job Overview
Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Driver Helper / Certified Forklift Driver for a position based out of Saint Petersburg, FL. This role involves extensive driving throughout Central Florida and loading trucks at customer facilities using a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

  •             Answer inbound calls and/or place outbound calls in a timely and professional manner
  •             Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and empathy
  •              Document all interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM or call tracking system
  •              Resolve issues at first point of contact whenever possible; escalate when appropriate
  •             Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and attendance
  •             Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  •            Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment



Requirements

  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and call center software
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure



Schedule & Pay
• $15-$16 per hour
