Job Title: Powder CoaterLocation: Chesnee, SCPay: $16–$21/hour (Based on Experience)Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team in Chesnee, SC. This position is responsible for preparing and applying powder coatings to a variety of metal surfaces in a shop environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in powder coating or painting and take pride in producing high-quality finished products.
Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials
Apply protective powder coatings to steel, aluminum, and other metal surfaces
Coat equipment, hardware, accessories, and miscellaneous metalwork as specified
Ensure proper coverage, thickness, and finish quality
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment and spray guns
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Inspect finished products for quality and make touch-ups as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred
Knowledge of surface preparation techniques
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
