Position Overview – Pipe Layer / Utility Laborer

We are currently hiring experienced Pipe Layers and Skilled Laborers to join our underground utility crew. This is a hands-on field position focused on installing and repairing sewer, water, and storm drain systems.

?? Please Note: We are not hiring equipment operators at this time. We are building a strong pipe crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain underground sewer, water, and storm drain piping

• Set pipe to proper grade and alignment

• Ensure correct trench depth, bedding, and backfill procedures

• Work safely in and around trenches and heavy equipment

• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications

? Experience working in and around trenches and heavy equipment
? Safety training required (Competent Person training preferred)
? Experience setting sewer, water, and storm drain pipe
? Reliable transportation (must be on site ready to work at 7:30 AM)
? Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
? Must provide proper work boots and dress appropriately for field conditions
