We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join a local restoration company!
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting crew members/customers and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Processing Orders
- Provide clerical support including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to verify driving routes
- Manage estimates paperwork and compile packets
Skills
2-3 years of administrative experience or working in an office setting is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated administrative experience in an office environment is essential.
