Brief Job Description: 

The Shipping Clerk verifies documentation and tracks jobs using job tickets, equipment schedules and system reports to ensure all shipments are accurate and complete. The Shipping Clerk is responsible for scanning skids, building truckloads, generating and confirming packing slip information, complete Bill of Lading, and loading and unloading trucks using a forklift. Forklift certification is done on-site and individuals will be trained and certified by our in-house trainer. Candidates will also be trained and certified on the clamp truck which is used to fulfill paper requests from the press department. Experience for this position is not required. Opportunities for advancement within the department and cross-training opportunities are available.
