Pay: $22.00-$24.00 DOE Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Duties:
- Handling inbound customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinating with technicians to schedule pickups and service appointments, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.
- Entering orders into our system accurately and ensuring all necessary information is captured.
- Generating invoices based on completed orders and sending them to clients in a timely manner.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs they may have.
- Collaborating with other departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and invoicing activities.
- Providing product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences, ensuring appropriate solutions are offered.
- Managing inventory levels at the counter, ensuring products are available and properly stocked for customer orders.
- Assisting with the preparation of quotes and estimates for customers, ensuring accurate pricing and timely responses.
- Handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient processing.
- Upselling products and services where applicable to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Resolving any customer issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assisting with showroom or counter displays, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive environment for customers.
Background Profile:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a counter sales role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of products, services, and the ability to learn technical details about the company’s offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in computer software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, or order processing systems).
- Experience with invoicing, order entry, and inventory management systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer issues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and customer interactions.
- Comfortable working with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling products is a plus.
