Key Responsibilities

• The Amp Manager is responsible for directing the day-to-day operation and performance of the Galveston Housing Authority’s Asset Management Properties (AMP). The AMP manager works directly with the Public Housing Director, Finance Department, Human Resources and Maintenance Supervisor in the decision-making regarding occupancy, accounting, personnel and maintenance to assure well maintained properties. Oversees the rental process to monitor and ensure compliance with dwelling lease agreements, assists with the management of financial operations of the assigned housing complexes; manages the rental programs; assures quality building and ground maintenance and security of the property.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in social services
• HR
• Business management or management required
• Three years of experience in property management or related field required
• Valid DL
