Position SummaryWe are seeking a knowledgeable ERP Support Analyst to support plant operations through the effective use of Oracle Fusion Cloud systems. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for inventory-related transactions within Oracle Fusion and will work closely with production, warehouse, and plant management teams to ensure accurate system usage, efficient material flow, and proper inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle Fusion in a manufacturing or supply chain environment and the ability to train users and support system-related processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as the Oracle Fusion transaction expert for all inventory-related transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing across production and warehouse operations
Support daily ERP system activities related to inventory, materials management, and manufacturing operations
Develop, document, and deliver training materials and standard work instructions related to material flow within production departments
Train production and warehouse personnel on inventory procedures, scanning processes, and ERP system usage
Manage, configure, and support inventory scanning equipment and related applications
Coordinate with internal IT teams or external vendors to resolve system or equipment issues
Monitor inventory transactions to ensure data accuracy and compliance with operational processes
Identify opportunities to improve system workflows and operational efficiency within Oracle Fusion
Provide ongoing system support and troubleshooting for plant personnel
Qualifications
2–4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably within Inventory, Manufacturing, or SCM modules, in a super-user, analyst, or systems support role
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Strong understanding of inventory management processes and material flow within production environments
Experience supporting ERP users through training, documentation, and system troubleshooting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, warehouse, IT, and management
