Express Employment Professionals in Metairie is hiring Restaurant Staff for a fast-paced kitchen environment in Harahan. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who show up on time and are ready to work.

Positions Available:

Dishwasher

• Primarily washing dishes

• Assisting with organizing the back of the kitchen

• Taking out trash and emptying cans

• Dishwashing experience required

Side Line Cook

• Must have previous experience as a side line cook

• Fast-paced kitchen environment

Sorter/Cleaner

• Washing crawfish

• Hand-sorting and removing dead crawfish

• Washing oysters

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced

• Lots of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting

• Everyone in the kitchen must wear a hat

• Non-skid, closed-toe shoes required

• Must bring a covered cup with a lid

This position is seasonal through crawfish season, with the opportunity to become full-time permanent for strong performers.
