Schedule:

• Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Sunday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

• Off: Saturday & Monday

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to team development and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff members

• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

• Manage scheduling and labor costs

• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed

• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

• Support sales growth and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience.
