Job Order: Custodial Technician (Part-Time)

Position Summary

A local company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodial Technician to maintain the cleanliness and organization of office spaces and shop areas. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed

Empty trash and recycling bins

Maintain cleanliness and organization in shop areas

Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)

Follow safety guidelines and cleaning procedures

Report maintenance or repair needs to management

Qualifications

Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable and punctual

Ability to lift to 25–40 lbs and perform physical tasks

Compensation

Hourly rate:$13.00
