This company specializes in providing high-quality electrical installations for custom inground pool projects. Position Summary:
Hiring an Electrical Helper with prior experience in electrical or construction work to join our hardworking team. This position is strictly outdoors and has physical aspects to the job. You’ll assist in all phases of pool-related electrical work, including digging trenches, running conduit, wiring systems, and supporting licensed electricians on-site.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday only! No weekend!
• 8 hour work days. Start time between 6am-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with installing electrical systems for custom inground pools
• Dig trenches, run conduit, pull wire, and operate hand tools
• Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient job site
• Follow instructions from the lead electrician and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in electrical or construction work
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to commute to Quakertown, PA daily
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (digging, lifting, kneeling, etc.)
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a willingness to learn
