We are looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy In-House Social Media Content Creator to bring our cosmetic brand to life across digital platforms. This role is responsible for concepting, producing, and publishing engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales.
The ideal candidate is creative with a strong ability to create and execute a vision for different brands, understands current social media trends, and knows how to create scroll-stopping content that resonates with our target audience.
Create and produce original photo and video content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and product-focused content
Stay ahead of social media trends and incorporate them into brand strategy
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to plan content calendars
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and growth
Maintain consistent brand voice, style, and visual identity
Shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content in-house
Full-time availability to work on-site
Proven experience creating content that drives engagement and audience growth
Strong understanding of beauty, cosmetics, and product-focused storytelling
Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (mobile and/or professional equipment)
Deep knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
Portfolio required (applications without proven experience will not be considered)
