Maintenance Supervisor
Express Employment on 61st and Center is currently recruiting for Maintenance Supervisor to join a manufacturing company in Omaha, NE!

Position Details:
•    Type: Direct Hire
•    Schedule: 6am-4pm (Days will vary depending on needs)
•    Location: Omaha, NE
•    Pay/Salary: $80,000+/year

Job Duties:
•    Provides leadership and direction to maintenance personnel on assigned shifts, overseeing daily tasks and enforcing company policies and procedures.
•    Plans and schedules team workloads, setting daily priorities to ensure timely completion of assignments while adhering to budget guidelines.
•    Maintains accurate maintenance documentation and analyzes daily downtime reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
•    Ensures a safe and secure work environment by addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, conducting monthly safety inspections, and leading accident investigations as needed.
•    Oversees and administers plant maintenance operations in alignment with management direction and operational goals.
•    Manages inventory levels for maintenance supplies, materials, and tools to ensure adequate resources are available for efficient operations.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
•    Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance with at least two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity.
•    Prior experience in food and beverage manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality, GMP and hygiene regulations preferred.
•    Prior experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, electric systems, PLC control systems and communication systems.
•    Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs with a grasp of financial factors in maintenance.ac
