Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Bedford, OH (Onsite)
Pay: $23–$25/hour

A growing beauty products manufacturer seeking a driven and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will manage and grow customer accounts while developing new business from a large, underutilized lead list. This role works closely with the Sales Manager and team members to support existing customer growth and expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on leads using a CRM system
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Independently manage accounts and drive revenue growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to diversify and expand the customer base
Provide excellent customer service and account management
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM systems a plus
Must be able to work onsite during scheduled hours
