CNC Machinist – Wadsworth, OH

We are hiring CNC Machinists for a long‑term opportunity in Wadsworth. This is a great position for someone who is reliable, detail‑oriented, and looking for a consistent work schedule with a supportive team.

Available Shifts

You can choose the shift that works best for you:

1st Shift (4-day week):

• Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift (4-day week):

• Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• 10.5-hour shift

Standard Day Shift:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Load CNC machines
• Measure and record critical tolerances
• Review Work Orders, Part Prints, and Inspection Sheets to meet quality and production expectations
• Operate CNC lathes or mills to cut, shape, or form metal pieces to specifications
• Identify and diagnose machine or process issues and take appropriate action

Skills & Experience

• Ability to operate CNC lathes or mills (or willingness to learn with guidance)
• Understanding of offsets is helpful
• Strong understanding of inspection and measuring tools
• Mechanical aptitude and good attention to detail

Physical Requirements

The job requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend
• Lift 25–50 lbs frequently and 50–100 lbs occasionally
