• Inspect incoming shipments and verify accuracy against manifests, invoices, and orders. 
• Report damages, shortages, or non-conforming materials to leadership. 
• Place received inventory in proper warehouse locations. 
• Assist with maintaining organized and accurate inventory. 
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently. 
• Support shipping tasks, including sorting and loading delivery trucks. 
• Complete all receiving, picking, and shipping paperwork accurately. 
• Maintain positive communication and customer-service-focused interactions. 
• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently (must-have skill). 
• Operate additional equipment such as 2-wheel dollies and order picker lifts. 
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain hazard awareness. 
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding workflow and issues. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Electric pallet jack experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; operate warehouse equipment safely. 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. [
• Effective communication and teamwork skills. 
• Customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or GED; 0–1 year warehouse experience preferred. 
• Able to pass background check. 
• Able to pass drug test.
