Customer Account Representative
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in the Lehigh Valley! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering an exceptional support experience to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service as the first point of contact.
• Efficiently navigates system applications to provide accurate account information.
• Handle inbound phone inquiries
• Answer all incoming calls in 30 seconds or less
• Answer 50 or more inbound calls daily
• Perform outbound call campaigns to existing customers
• Complete customer request forms
• Document each incoming and outbound call for trend analysis
• Maintain strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
