We are currently hiring Technical Assembly professionals for a company in Ashland!

PRIMARY PURPOSE

Perform various product assembly tasks that support the manufacture or assembly of the company’s products. Work as part of a team to complete the posted daily schedule. Add value to the products by striving for efficiency, schedule attainment and quality goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently perform product assembly tasks at or above performance standards
• Exercise discipline and aptitude to check own work as well as that of others for quality conformance as defined by Operational Method Sheets and or Trainers.
• Work frequently with hands assembling small/intricate parts as well as folding boxes and packaging components.
• Rotate through different assembly operations as scheduled.
• Work as part of a flexible team, or independently, to complete the posted daily schedule
• Punctual with attendance as defined in the Production Attendance Policy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Ability to comprehend and operate from Operational Method Sheets and communicate with Supervisor and Co-workers
• Versatile and able to perform at or above normal work expectations
• Constructive attitude
• Desire to increase efficiency
• Basic hand and power tools, and various tools and fixtures specific to assembly of products

Work schedule is Monday-Thursday 6am-430pm with OT on Friday as needed.
