Express Employment Professionals, Delta/ Richmond BC, is hiring for an Inside Sales Representative for our client who is a leading national industrial parts distributor with Head Office in Ontario. The Inside Sales is supporting customers, sales and related marketing activity. Our client has four locations across Canada. This location in Delta comprise of a small team of several warehouse employees and the Operations Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities:

• Answering in-coming calls related to customer needs for pricing, and product/order status. Support sales and sales representative with product quote and order processing status for their inquiry
• Respond to in coming emails from customers and colleagues to deal with order status, requests for quotes, product inquiry, and related customer service matters
• Processing order entry; printing sales orders and transfers
• Create quotes in Epicor and via email as required, and sending to customers
• Assist customers that walk-in into our building in specifying, quoting OR directing them to a nearby distributor
• Process credit card payment for orders that require it and customers paying outstanding invoices
• Assist co-workers that call for help in office, or warehouse matters
• Assist with warehouse transfer order entry whether that is product in OR out
• Create and process RMA’s as required
• Send an email to supplier to get item quoted as needed, collaborate with outside and inside sales at other branches to help facilitate customer service needs in the West

Requirements:
Customer service, inside sales, or account management experience
Computer fluency for inventory, invoicing and other data entry/ administrative work

 

Starting salary is $48,000 and will be $50,000 once rolled onto the company's payroll. After 3 months of full time employment, you will receive 10% commission on a group of products. Excellent benefits and premiums are 100% paid by employer. After 1 year, RSP matching is available.

 

Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8 or 8:30am to 4 or 4:30pm.
