Ultra Filter (UF) Milk Processor – Night Shift

Pay: $20.59/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri + some weekends • 12-hr nights (5 PM–5 AM)

Position Summary:
We’re hiring a UF Milk Processor to operate and monitor membrane filtration systems (UF/RO) used in dairy production. This role ensures product quality, equipment sanitation, and compliance with food-safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate UF and RO systems.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures & flow rates via HMI.
• Verify product meets lab specs (fat, solids, protein).
• Perform CIP/COP cleaning on tanks, lines, and membranes.
• Conduct basic maintenance & troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years in food manufacturing preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with computers/HMI systems.
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Knowledge of GMPs and food safety.

Working Conditions

• Wet, hot (up to 110°F), and high-noise environment.
• Must follow all safety procedures, including LOTO.
