Residential Roofing Estimator & Sales Representative

Located in Port Orchard, WA

Salary: $30/hour

Overview:  A growing residential roofing company committed to quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service is seeking a Residential Roofing Estimator & Sales Representative to join them team. The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, and professional. You will meet directly with homeowners, assess roofing conditions, identify potential issues, and provide clear proposals tailored to their needs.

 

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Meet with homeowners to inspect and evaluate residential roofing systems
• Identify roofing issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Educate homeowners on materials, processes, timelines, and warranties\
• Prepare and present detailed, professional proposals
• Guide clients through the decision-making and project scheduling process
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
• Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure a smooth project handoff
• Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, contracts, and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable with a willingness to learn technical knowledge
• Comfortable working independently and in the field
• Valid driver’s licnese and reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops

Pay:
$30/hour during training

$60,000/year base salary + 5% uncapped commission after training

 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
