Scheduling Coordinator – $18–$20/hr – Full Time

Office Hours:
Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM–2:30 PM

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the sales and installation departments by managing schedules, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can prioritize multiple tasks, and enjoys working with both customers and internal teams. Scheduling experience is required; construction experience is preferred but not required.

 


? Position Overview

The Scheduling Coordinator plays a key role in keeping operations running efficiently. You will work closely with outside sales representatives, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to coordinate project timelines and maintain accurate communication throughout each job.


Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with salespeople and supervisors to discuss and resolve scheduling issues
  • Schedule crews to complete work efficiently and on time
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines and expectations
  • Confirm work order instructions for installation crews and superintendents
  • Maintain detailed notes and keep systems updated throughout quoting, sales, and installation
  • Partner with Purchasing to confirm material availability
  • Collaborate with key accounts on construction schedules
  • Coordinate installation schedules with subcontractors and superintendents
  • Manage change orders, pricing, collections communication, and related items
  • Provide problem-solving support and present efficient options
  • Complete additional duties assigned by the Internal Project Manager
  • Maintain accurate records and communication across multiple platforms

  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 40 lbs
