Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating transportation and translation services for workers’ compensation patients while maintaining a positive, professional, and service-focused demeanor. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, collaborating with clients, patients, drivers, and translators, collecting and entering appointment information, and consistently meeting production expectations.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

  • Coordinate transportation and translation services for workers’ compensation patients.

  • Communicate and collaborate with clients, patients, drivers, and translators.

  • Collect, verify, and enter appointment details accurately.

  • Meet established productivity and quality standards.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently without immediate supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
