 Location: Woodbury, MN
 Career Growth: 3-month accelerated program with potential promotion to Employment Specialist (base + commission)

 

As a Recruiting Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping good people find good jobs and helping the companies in the East Metro find exceptional talent to work there. You'll use your excellent phone and interpersonal skills to recruit, interview, and ensure our associates have a positive first experience. You will use your multitasking skills to help the team reach weekly goals and coordinate the interview process between our associates and Employment Specialists.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively Recruit and Retain Associates: Coordinate the interview process and actively recruit to maintain a qualified pool of associates, ensuring we have qualified people to meet the short and long-term employment needs of our clients.
• Create a Positive First Impression: Professionally handle calls and inquiries, while managing applicant information and online applications in a timely manner.
• Office Administrative Duties: Enter applicant data, handle correspondence and filing with confidentiality, and provide team support as needed.
• Learn the Laws: Conduct business in accordance with Express and applicable legal guidelines, maintaining professional knowledge of the market and labor laws.

THE IDEAL RECRUITING ASSISTANT LOOKS LIKE THIS…..

 

*3 years + of customer service, sales, or recruiting experience preferred, not required

*Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required

*Intermediate computer skills in Office 365

*An incredible eye for detail and ability to handle high-volume emails, texts, etc.

Impeccable communication, organization, and multitasking skills

*A general, good sense of urgency in completing tasks

*The ability to adapt and embrace change
