About the Job

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a Family- Owned Powersports Company located in Thurston County, WA, to fill a Dirt Bike Mechanic / Powersports Technician role. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their hobby and get paid for doing what they love.

This position is Evaluation-to-Hire, with a consistent schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, from 8:00AM-5:00PN. Compensation starts at $18.00-$20.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain dirt bikes, ATVs, and other powersports vehicles

Perform engine, suspension, brake, and electrical system maintenance and repairs

Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections

Order, install, and replace parts as needed

Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Ensure all work meets safety standards and manufacturer specifications

Communicate clearly with customers about repairs, service options, and timelines

 Keep the workshop organized, clean, and safe

 Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of hands-on mechanic experience
• Familiarity with ATVs, dirt bikes, and other powersports vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Must pass background check and drug screening
