We are currently hiring for two manufacturing companies in the Jacksonville area. Both opportunities involve working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules based on production needs.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery

• Assemble products according to specifications

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

Available Schedules

Company A

Shift Options

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  Pay: $15.50 per hour

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  Pay: $16.75 per hour

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  Pay: $16.75 per hour

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday through Sunday

• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Shift Option

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM  

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday

• Pay: $13.83 – $15.00 per hour (depending on position assigned)

Schedule Requirements

• Weekend overtime is seldom, but may be required depending on production demand

Requirements

• Entry-level; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

• Must have a High school diploma or GED

• Clean background required (no felony convictions)

• Ability to pass a drug screening

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
