Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for an entry-level Manufacturing Associate position in Jacksonville, NC. This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity offering long-term career potential with full benefits upon permanent hire. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery

• Assemble products according to specifications

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Schedule & Overtime:

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Must be available to work Monday through Sunday

• Overtime is situational and mandated based on production needs

Requirements:

• Entry-level; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required

• Clean background required – NO FELONIES

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
