Material Handler II

Salary: $21/hr.

We’re seeking candidates to fill several “Material Handler” positions. This role will commonly perform routine tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Desirable candidates can work independently and as part of a team, with limited supervision at times, and are highly organized and hard working.

Work Schedule(s): (12 hour shifts)

Shift A1
Monday – Wednesday (every other Thursday)
5:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Shift A2
Thursday – Saturday (every other Wednesday)
5:30 AM – 6:00 PM

 

Basic Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Able to use a variety of material handling equipment.
Cherry picker, reach truck, turret truck, and or dock truck.
Locate, scan, load, and stage product for shipping
Use of RF handheld devices to record product picking and track inventory
Moves materials from one location to another, either manually or mechanically.
Verifying all PIT equipment is safe and operable
Performs other warehouse related tasks assigned.

 

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2-years material handling and warehouse experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods 
High attention to detail
Willing to submit to background and drug screening
Flexibility to work OT as assigned
