Summary:
Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

** Shift: 6am-6pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday **

Responsibilities:

• Install, dismantle, and maintain equipment, including welders, VFDs, transformers, and bevellers.

• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on mechanical, electrical, and E&I systems.

• Conduct inspections and ensure proper rigging and safe equipment operation.

• Complete maintenance tasks such as plumbing, changing filters, and replacing lights.

• Record downtime, repairs, and PMs in FIIX or other tracking systems.

• Support EHS and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Follow work instructions and identify needed parts for projects.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience/training).

• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including sensors and control components.

• Proficient with power tools, welding equipment, and yard machinery.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.

• Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and follow instructions.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments, including heights and extreme temperatures.
