Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate

Pay: $16.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (start time varies between 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

Our Distribution Center is seeking 2 Pick/Pack Associates to join the warehouse team. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations, including picking, packing, receiving, and stacking products. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review scheduled delivery timelines to ensure timely preparation
• Perform pick and pack tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Execute packaging, loading/unloading, and general shipping operations
• Verify proper checking, wrapping, and loading of all orders
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and policies
• Maintain accurate records, including timestamps, dates, quantities, and source/destination details
• Operate pallet jack equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to lift, stack, and move products throughout the shift
• Comfort operating basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
