Our client, a leading store specializing in fireplaces, stoves, hot tubs, grills, and outdoor furniture, is seeking a Fireplace/Stove Installer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality service and must have previous installation experience in the industry.

This opportunity is perfect for someone motivated, friendly, responsible, and customer focused.

 

Schedule & Compensation

• Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annual salary
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Scheduling & Time Management: Manage daily appointments and tasks efficiently.
• Inventory & Tools: Maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Reporting & Records: Document install jobs and customer interactions accurately.

Requirements

• Experience: Fireplace/ stove installation experience required.
• Plus: HVAC experience is beneficial.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pressure gauges.
• Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, high school diploma, and mechanical aptitude (e.g., ability to change oil).
• Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work Ethic: Reliable, responsible, and stable work history.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission: Eligible after staffing contract complete based on performance and growth.
