Pad Printer Technician

Express Employment has teamed up with a Sparta company who is looking to hire a Pad Printing Operator (Screen Printer). This company is a science and engineering based company that manufactures components used in several device fields including dental implants, robotic assisted surgery, and many others.  This opening is in the Molding Department.

 

Job Title:  Pad Printing Technician (Screen Printer)

 

Shift:  First Shift - Monday - Thursday 6 AM - 4 PM, no weekends

 

Wage:  $18-$20 per hour - based on experience

 

Job Duties:  

 

• MUST possess an understanding of basic pad printing machine operation (screen printing)
• Perform machine setups and cleanups
• Use scales and other measurement devices to properly mix inks, hardeners, thinners, etc.
• Capability to understand and interpret drawings and instructions
• Must have good manual dexterity
• Comply with all policies and procedures, including safety
• Wear required PPE
• Adhere to production schedule and report to work on time as scheduled
• Additional duties could include assembling parts or work on the molding machines, work in the clipping area

Qualifications:

• Associates must have experience with pad printing or screen printing
• Self-starter
• Great vision required
• Precise measuring skills
