Responsibilities:
Forklift Operation:
- Safely operate forklifts to move, transport, and organize materials throughout the facility.
Bundling Cables:
- Prepare and bundle cable materials according to order requirements.
Loading & Unloading Trucks:
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks efficiently and safely.
Cutline Support:
- Assist on the production cutline as needed to maintain workflow and meet daily production goals.
Physical Labor:
- Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift; must be comfortable working in a physically active role.
Requirements:
Pre-employment:
- Must submit to a background check and drug screen.
Skills:
- Prior forklift experience required (certification preferred).
- Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the shift. (up to 75 lbs.)
Work Ethic:
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to assist in multiple production areas as needed.
