The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of customer orders—from initial inquiry and order entry through fulfillment, shipping, and post-delivery follow-up. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery of tangible goods.
Pay $20 - 23/hr
Hours: training 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday, thereafter 6am - 3pm Monday - Friday
