PROJECT MANAGER (METRO, MN.)

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects for a Top-50 nationally recognized glazing contractor. This role involves coordinating installers, materials, and equipment while ensuring projects meet specifications, stay on schedule, and remain within budget. Prior glazing experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand general construction processes; glass/glazing-specific knowledge is certainly preferred
• Develop cost-effective project plans and schedules, optimizing the use of resources.
• Coordinate project activities with contractors, architects, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Review project estimates in detail, including proposal specifications, drawings, take-offs, and contracts.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity of installation teams.
• Monitor materials, equipment usage, and contractual obligations to ensure project efficiency.
• Ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets.

 

Salary & Benefits:
$90,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience, with an excellent benefits package. Candidates with prior glazing project management experience will qualify for higher compensation.
